The groomer is excellent. He does beautiful work and is very gentle with the dogs. The store is dirty and dusty, and there is no comfortable place to wait. I have to wait because I come by taxi and it's bad enough paying for two trips, never mind four. The place was so cold! Read more

I purchased a dog training collar 2 months ago at the owner's other store in Pierrefonds. I brought the unit to his Queen Mary store to show that I had difficulties removing the battery. He told me that this shouldn't be the case. He promptly replaced it with a new training collar. No questions, no travelling, no hassles - great service.
